Please note that we have no say in the executing time at SACE and All CrimClear can not take any responisbility for any delays of SACE Applications or the Service Provider that enables us to connect with the SAPS database.

Times may be affected by back-log, server off-line, system maintenance, COVID-19, power failures etc.

Fingerprint Clearance & ID Verification

A SAPS Clearance Certificate is required before you can apply for SACE registration. Our services are used by the Education Industry and is accepted by SACE.

All CrimClear is linked to the SAPS Criminal Database and offers the same service as SAPS. You therefore do not have to visit a SAPS station. Our Criminal Record Verification is called: “Extract from the SAPS Criminal Database” whereas the SAPS Clearance is known as “SAPS Clearance Certificate”.

Fingerprints by means of an electronic device are taken at our office in Hartbeespoort and takes a mere 10 – 15 minutes. If distance is a problem, fingerprints can be taken at one of the 200+ fingerprint locations closer to you.

If you, do it through us on the HURU platform, you will stay on our system and never have to go for fingerprints again, you just contact us to re-submit your application.

SACE Applications for Education Sector

Can be done via email.

1St SACE Registrations:

All CrimClear will handle the complete process and e-mail results to you.

1st and Final or Final or Update or Renewal Registrations:

SACE has changed rules on the 12th of February 2021 which has the effect that Agents/Facilitators are not allowed to represent Teachers at SACE anymore.

We can still assist by means of :

Informing Teachers on the process and required documents. We check, compile a file with the final documents and e-mail the complete package to you. You simply have to submit it from your e-mail address and personally do ALL follow-ups with SACE

If SACE has finalised your registration, they will inform you by means of one of the following:

1st (Provisional) SACE or Renewals: SACE will e-mail you an A4 copy of the registration;
1st and Finals or Final Registrations or Re-prints: SACE will e-mail you a copy of the certificate but will send the actual Certificate to your postal address after Lockdown level 1
